It's been a while!

Hello once more. I took a hiatus from blogging as, to be quite frank, my posts were becoming absolute trite. The more people began to read my blog the more I felt under pressure to incorporate fashion related content into my posts when to be honest I have only a passing interest in the sartorial world. The result was my previous post. Uncreative, unoriginal re-packaged crap. I'm not blogging to make a successful blog, I do it because I enjoy it and I enjoy reading other people's blogs too. But inane commenting is time consuming and most importantly not something that I enjoy and whats the point in doing a hobby unless you enjoy it? So I'm going to make a promise from now on never to write a post unless I actually have something worth sharing :)

Judy Garland once said, 'Be a first rate version of yourself, not a second rate version of someone else'.

Wise advice indeed. I have nothing more to say at this juncture other than I'm back! And have a listen to this song as it is a perfect companion to lazy sunny days, broken relationships and the blessings of youth.
